How you agree to receive them
You agree by ticking the text-message box when you book an appointment on our website. The box is unticked until you tick it, and you can book without ticking it. Agreeing to text messages is never a condition of booking or of buying anything from us.
How often
Message frequency varies. Most people receive a confirmation when they book and a reminder before the appointment.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply. We do not charge for these messages; your mobile carrier may.
How to stop
Reply STOP to any message and we will stop texting you. You will receive one message confirming that we have stopped, and then no more. You can also ask any member of staff to take your number off.
Stopping text messages does not cancel your appointments.

Mobile carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.
Your information
